1. Provider and scope

These terms govern your use of Orbit Grow, provided by Infinity Consciousness Europe SIA, Vēja iela 4 – 2, Ādaži, Ādažu novads, LV-2164, Latvia (registration no. 50203642241, VAT ID LV50203642241; “we”). Contact: hello@orbitgrow.app. Orbit Grow is offered to businesses and self-employed people for their business purposes.

2. The service

Orbit Grow is software that helps you plan, run and improve Google Search advertising and website pages. It connects to your own Google Ads and Search Console accounts at your request, shows recommendations, and applies changes only after you approve them.

  • Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Google under your agreement with Google. We take no share of it.
  • Google Ads may spend up to twice a campaign's daily budget on individual days. Orbit Grow monitors spending and alerts you, but cannot guarantee Google's spending behaviour.
  • We do not guarantee enquiries, sales or search rankings.

3. Trial

A new account receives one 14-day trial with Pro features. No payment details are needed. A trial never converts into a paid subscription automatically; you are charged only after you complete checkout.

4. Subscriptions, prices and payment

  • Orbit Grow Pro costs €89 per month for one business. Agency costs €299 per month and includes up to 10 client businesses; each additional client business costs €25 per month.
  • Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and VAT. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the final amount is shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time in Billing or the Paddle customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Your Google Ads account, campaigns and history always remain in your Google account. You can delete your Orbit Grow account and data at any time.

Refunds are administered by Paddle, our merchant of record. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as set out in Paddle’s buyer terms and pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For business customers, cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid month is not refunded pro rata. If you were charged in error, contact hello@orbitgrow.app or Paddle (paddle.net) and the charge will be refunded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the right to manage the Google accounts you connect, and you are responsible for the content of your ads and pages and for complying with Google's policies and applicable law.
  • Review recommendations before approving them. Pages generated with Orbit Grow are drafts based on facts you provide; check them before publishing.
  • Keep your login details secure. Team members you invite act on your behalf within the role you give them.

7. Availability and termination

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that endanger the security of the service or breach these terms, and will inform you unless prohibited. We may terminate with reasonable notice.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage, and in total to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for Google's services, your advertising spend or lost profits.

9. Changes and law

We may change these terms or prices for the future with at least 30 days' notice; price changes apply from your next billing period and you may cancel before they take effect. Latvian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. See also our Privacy Policy.
